      What do I do if my DVD is unplayable or the wrong DVD is in the case?

All Redbox customer service reps have personally been through our proprietary Rental Trauma Simulator and know what it’s like to have a scratched disc ruin the last 20 minutes of a film or to open one case and find another movie instead. They will resolve your issue. Please note that Redbox cannot refund charges that are older than 90 days.

    What do u do if you’re trying to return a
    dvd and it keeps coming back out? What would i do to ensure it getting returned to Redox?

      Call them while ur their on the cell,or inside the store and tell them,they’ll probably tell u to return it at another location and give u a free code,tell them gas costs more than that,get them to cough up enough free codes till ur satisfied,and ask to speak to a supervisor while doing that,THEN tell them everytime you or anyone you know tries to use a code it does not work,then go to where ur credit card was issued or call and dispute their claim to collect fees on that dvd,they will never get their money.They suck and the code never work and this site is crap,and it sucks when u can’t reserve a dvd online with a code right,so you have to drive down there old school style and the cd u wanted to reserve is gone so u get another shit one and then boom code does not work.Whoever oversees redbox needs to get booted and someone cool and on their toes needs to step up and get their shit together and then maybe cut a deal with comcast so they don’t charge $5 a movie and I don’t have to leave home.

    Just want to report that 2 out of 3 Monday Promo codes have worked at the Wal-Mart Redbox here in Deming, NM. So far, though, none of the Wednesday promo codes have worked here. One would think if the Monday codes are now working, that the Wednesday codes would as well. But, I guess that’s what we get for thinking! LOL!
