The clever and slightly-skewed minds that brought you Wallace & Gromit and Chicken Run are back with a nautically themed animated film. This movie looks like it preserves the quirky British humor and beautiful “claymation” of the aforementioned films, with Hugh Grant voicing the pirate captain.
The Pirates! Band of Misfits sails into theaters on April 27. Will you and your little buccaneers be there?
No, I probably won’t go to the theater, but if this was on VOD before the theater I’d pay $9.99 for it for the kids.
