Redbox should have something like a Monday (and maybe Sunday?) “baker’s dozen” program where they send one or two unique rental codes good for Monday for every dozen paid rental movie days.
That kind of “frequent flyer” program would reward regular Redbox users who typically have rented the “A list” movies.

That’s fine, you can go to Bockbuster when they decide to set up the little machines and what not, they will probly charge you the dollar, but you will not get the free rentals ever. Inside Redbox has a tendency to crash when too many people are trying to view the site all at the same time. Kind of like getting “all circuits are busy” when there’s an influx on the phone lines. Just give it some time.

on the main screen press rent with promo code and use the code REDBOX. after you slide your card change the last 2 digits of your zip code. for instance if your zip is 62601 change it to 62655, 62688, 62666. i have rented and returned 8 times on the same code with a different zip! let me know if this works for you. i have been renting at walgreens in iowa.
How does that work? Isn’t the zip code a security feature designed to prevent unauthorized use of credit cards? If you use a different zip code than what’s in their system it’s supposed to not let you rent the movie, right?

HOW TO GET THE MONDAY FREE CODES RUNNING AGAIN!
Here’s an idea: What if we all collectively made an effort to not rent from Redbox right now. Then when the “monthy monday” codes come out rent a lot from them to show them that giving us free codes really does increase sales?
Again:
1) STOP RENTING TEMPORARILY
2) AFTER FREE MONTHLY MONDAY CODE – RENT LIKE CRAZY
3) This will show increased sales around the times they release free codes. And that’s what salespeople do, they study sales trends, increases and decreases.
That may work, but it is a bit childish, if you cant part with a dollar every once in a while you should not be renting anyways, should you?

There are some good movies from the 70s, and quite a few in the 80s…even a couple from the 90s, but the best movies are being made lately. The problem with older movies, like from the 70s, is the shitty cameras and weird clothes and hair. It’s so hard to watch a movie with a fuzzy picture and wierd looking people…and cars…and technology: I mean jeez, any movie that shows a computer screen or an android or anything like that just looks ridiculous now. But I suppose that may be similar about todays movies in the future. Same with hair and clothes and cars. But the fuzzy cameras, wow, they really need to digitally remaster every movie ever made…and colorize them. I know some people enjoy black and white for some reason, maybe nostalgia, but there is a reason why old movies were made that way: There WAS no color!
Anyways, I’m done.
