      Yah this is limit once ur over 9pm its considered the next day on red box.. SO once u get the code go get ur movie..
      Or its no good after 9 pm.. hope that helps u out..

        WRONG! People that don’t know what they’re talking about shouldn’t give out advice! You have until MIDNIGHT to use the Monday promo code, not 9pm! Maybe Tom didn’t put the code in right or something but it had nothing to do with being after 9pm. It is considered the next day on rental charges after 9pm but it is not considered the next day on the calendar. Hope this CORRECT advice helps!

    You have to wqait for someone to return a movie to the Redbox you are at to rent it. Try another Redbox if the movie you want isn’t on the screen.

      From one breast cancer SURVIVOR (8years) to another….. REDBOX is fantastic but also try the local library. I was only 35 years old when breast cancer was found and I have always felt “knowledge is power”, so I read a lot on the subject of breast cancer and also books like “The Power of Positive Thinking” by Norman Vincent Peale. Having a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, family & friends is ultimately what is going to get you this hurdle in life! Life is short, ENJOY!!!!!

    Hey, I just tried the code at two of my local McDonalds locations and it didn’t work in any of them.

    I also tried generic codes like BREAKROOM and DVDONME and they didn’t work either.

    The Walmart one did take it though.

    Is this also happening at your locations?

      If the screen says “Routing” for a while and you have to wait, then it says something about not being able to accept it *** at this time ***, then the machine is not talking to the main server.

      It’s possible it would clear up in a few minutes, go do something for 10 minutes and try again. Take a short walk, do some shopping.

      BREAKROOM or REDBOX are good tests for this if you are not sure.

      If it says not valid *** at this location *** or just invalid that’s another story.

    Any idea of how to CHANGE the picture icon that is automatically given to you on your messages when using this site????

    I personally would not have chosen this icon. I could likely keep changing my user names until I get one that I like, but I would rather not have to change my user name. I am likely stuck with the one I was given?!

    Went to blockbuster the other day with a $5 gift card.Piked out a movie went to the counter and gave the girl my gift card and she said that i still owed her 29 cents thats just ridiculous.I told her that she could keep it.I love redbox.

    As for the Angry Jew — I agree with you that a lot of Americans are expecting something for nothing, but hey! What’s wrong with getting a free movie?
    I usually rent more when I get there anyway, so it’s like free advertising for Redbox! Sorry you’re so angry!
