Have You Received Your May Promo Code from the Rent-3-Get-1-Free Promo?

I have been seeing some comments from some of you about not getting the promo codes from the rent-3-get-1-free promo Redbox did in April. Redbox said these codes would be available for use from May 7 through the end of the month.

    I didn’t get my code either after renting more than 3 movies. Rather than contact Redbox, surely it will do more good to complain about it here. LOL

    I never got my free code either even though I followed the rules and rented the three movies. I didn’t get my First Monday of May code either so I guess I’m not surprised but I am really disappointed. I may have tolerated this when Redbox was the only kid in town, but now that I also have Blockbuster Express, this kind of shoddy treatment may just push my business over to the competition.

    I rented 3 movies from redbox between April 14-30, as required in your offer. I may have inadvertently deleted the email with the free movie code, but I honestly don’t remember receiving it at all. Can I still get that code? I really enjoy redbox and would like to continue using your service. Thank you.

    I got my code after I sent them an email. It came the next day.
