Freebie Friday — Maggie MacFarlane — I have usually rented Redbox movies on a weekly basis for the past year, so probably @ 50x per year. Even when out of town, I showed my friends how to use Redbox and they loved it! I will contine using Redbox, probably on a weekly basis, throughout the new year. I called you call center with a complaint, the rep. wanted to give me some of those useless codes that don’t work. He insistied that I was dumb and didn’t know what I was doing. His name was Nick, he told me there was no one else in the whole company I could talk too. If you look above both Tina Cooper and Tina Black above comments, they had the problem also, I guess we are all a bunch of idiots. My suggestion was some locations have a weak signal and problems occur when your signal is fading in and out. I rented 5 movies while this was happening. The location changed to one 36 miles away. This is not the first time. You should have the ability to void the sale so l can re-rent closer to home. I was one of the original customers and loyal until now.
