BUY IT! Don’t rent, I need the royalties ;)
I own every set that has been released (7), including this one.
Shemp is the most underrated Stooge.
Whose brother is Shemp? Is it Moe?
Moe & Curly were both Shemp’s brothers.
Hey! Leave Shemp alone! Personally, I prefer Abbott and Costello to the Three Stooges :-)
Definitely UP for me. Maybe Summer’s Moon too except haven’t been able to find a review on it yet.
I just go to the info page and then it links to imdb and I read the comments there
Nostradamus 2012 is that a movie or a doc… if a movie i probally rent it
up is a rental for me…and the goods would probally be a rental just to see how bad that movie was .maybe summer moon
I just went to imdb, as Chad suggests, and it says Nostradamus 2012 is a tv documentary.
I predict that there will be wars.
There will be deadly weather phenomena.
An asteroid will hit the earth (any size).
Ice will melt.
There will be darkness.
The moon will turn blood red.
Jupiter will not appear in the night sky and then will mysteriously return.
wonder why No ECHO
SO there’s ONE WHOLE movie on the list that is rated PG. What am I supposed to show my kids? Terrible selection this week, as well as many other weeks. Very disappointed!
What about The Christmas Clause? I saw it on tv …it’s a reallty cute family film….dont be a slave to the ratings…
Oh Redbox,
MS. Hunter says there’s not enough kids movies on the list.
Better listen to her, don’t want her to get pissed.
Now mind your manners redbox, and listen to MS. Hunt.
Because she’s not just some old silly €unt.
Most of your movies in the Redbox is for those having no morals. How about something without all the “language” and “skin?” Surely there has to be some “good” movies out there.
there is too much crap in redbox. i don’t understand why they put straight to dvd movies in redbox (except for the dc comics animated movies)? if there r only 3 major movies coming out that week (like this week for example) they should put those 3 movies in redbox and not other crap
Hey starman….why dont YOU think about it for a second. This company has been in business for a few years now and is still pulling in amazing revenue week after week. Now I used to run a few stores and I can tell you that for every person like you who moans about crap there are 20 other people who line up to get it. I imagine that the reason why they keep putting movies like THAT in there is that they are RENTING!!!!! Did you ever stop to think about that? They always have the major movies so you can be happy and rent those. Why do you care what else is in there? I read so much here from people criticizing their selection..sure I wish they had MORE copies of what I WANT but unfortunately I only rent 2 movies a week and I dont think they can live on me alone…..someone else is renting the other 40 million movies or whatever they rent each quarter. If you use them regularly and want to keep using them, just be happy they are doing whatever they are doing to stay around.
the reason for that is simple….the studios HATE redbox. redbox and netflix are destroying not only brick and mortar dvd rental places, but are decimating dvd and blu ray sales altogether. because the studios control manufacturing and sales of dvds even to vendors, they simply won’t provide hit movies to redbox in an attempt to boost release sales.
Redbox has signed deals with some of the smaller studios that require them to take every title released by that studio. So you will see more of this in the future.
Redbox’s website has six additional titles listed for release on November 10th 2009:
-Bajo La Sal EN ESPANOL!
Victor Zepeda is a lonely teenager working in his father’s funeral home who spends his time making crude animated horror films. A series of murders leads commander Trujillo to Santa Rosa de la Sal, a small town close to the salt mines. Spanish subtitles available.

-Ghost Redbox Replay

Closed Captioned.
-Varsity Blues (CC) Redbox Replay
James Van Der Beek leads the action in this exciting, funny coming-of-age story about a small-town high schooler confronting the pressures and temptations and gridiron glory.

What happened to the GOODS not listed on the site
It got moved to next week by Paramount.
Nope. It is actually in the redboxes but not listed on the redbox site for some reason. I picked it up last night after midnight and have it sitting in front of me right now.
not in our boxes i think your machine made a mistake and released it
I checked my netflix account and they don’t have it till next week so maybe my machine did mess up. I watched it and it was okay but not great.
Were is the goods? It was suppose to come out today??? Help
how do you access the features on the UP movie.. when i hit menu it says NOT ON THIS DISC on the screen.. it jumps right to the movie.. i thought there was an extra short about that talking dog
This confused me too. I watched the whole movie then it goes to the previews and then the extras then the movie restarts again. No way to use menu I think.
They are special rental disks with limited content.
i guess so cause i just went back out and did the fast forward though they entire movie again and can not find that mini movie with the talking dog…. that was one of the main reasons i rented the movie …. left a note to redbox to see if they make a comment about it… doubtful not looking for anything out of it but it would be nice to let people know these are limited content dvds and not the full package (i noticed with ORPHAN it was the same way at a mom and pop store— it said 2nd ending not on DVD right on the front of the boxes) was the first time i seen a sticker like that
said LIMITED RENTAL COPY 2nd ENDING NOT ON DVD
had no idea what that meant to know
lots of good ones coming tueday i will rent
the goods
star trek
Train
wrong turn at tahoe
was another one (something like cube it think cant remeber the name)
