Redbox Introducing a New Trademark?

An very short post over on the redblog yesterday reads like this:

Help redbox get a new trademark!

RENT AND RETURN ANYWHERE™
DVD Rental Service

So, I am not sure if that is the new trademark, or if they want help deciding on a new trademark. What do you think?

    I tried stuffing a Redbox DVD into a DVDPlay kiosk and it wouldn’t accept it. Then I went to the post office and they didn’t know what to do with it.

    I guess you can’t return it “anywhere” after all :)

    Any trashcan anywhere will accept your return.

    Hello, I tried to return two DVD’s to a redbox and it was jammed, so I went to another and returned them. BUT, I got charged a late fee because it wasn’t checked in until the WEEEE hours of the morning. If that happens again, I will definately take my business elsewhere..

      You should send Red Box an email telling them what happened they will probably send you a free one time code.

      If this happens call redbox asap! They have always re-reimbursed our credit card for us, and will usually give you a handful of free rental codes for your time and trouble. Also, do the same if you reserve online and get to the machine and it’s down….you’ll get charged if you don’t pickup, so call them if there are any issues. If no one calls they don’t know to send the tech…it’ll snowball before the regular scheduled machine update.

    That’s fine if they allow it, but they should do something to put titles back in the machine that was robbed. The redbox closest to me is the busiest in town. Most stuff is gone and never comes back. Then it often takes 60 more days for them to finally put titles back in. That’s too long.
