CEO Reed Hastings and CFO David Wells said the following in an investor letter:

    Good for them…
    But. That may change?
I am waiting to see just how the ball drops with the Comcast Time Warner deal.
And the fast lane B.S. And the Caps on your net use.
If that all goes through? NetFlix will take a hit!
Again. IF it goes through? All kinds of. If, If, If…
    Time will tell.
But I will say. I don’t trust the FCC are the Government in this bit..
    Not a chance!
