I had a dvd that wouldnt play one time. I just emailed redbox and within two minutes I had a reply, an apology and a code for a free movie. Redbox is GREAT!!!

You can use the same codes multiple times, you just need to use different credit/debit cards. For instance, I’ve used BREAKROOM atleast 3/4 times with different cards, and I’ve used the monday codes with multiple cards (one after the other), as well. Got three free rentals in one day just by using two different bank cards and a credit card.
I tried on 3 different Mondays to use the code at Ralphs redbox in Orange County, Huntington Beach. It does not work. Invalid Code.
Why? Is it only certain locations???

On the insideredbox.com “Redbox codes” page it lists certain codes that will only work with certain redbox locations. That is the basic answer, but many codes do expire and some have been selected for a market area.
How do you know which markets you can use the codes?
Probably only valid at certain locations. Walmart on Beach Blvd (off Hwy 22). The Monday code worked there last night.
how come I only get codes for Monday’s? what if I want to rent on other days? are there codes for other days?

I tried the monday code and it has failed at three redbox machines. Oh well no movie for tonight. Thanks for the code anyways. I tried at a Thornton’s gas station and 2 McDonald’s locations.
I think these free Monday codes are supposed to be for the Walmart RedBoxes only.
I have yet to encounter a problem at Walmarts.
And you can turn them back in at any Walmart redbox
The monday codes are for all locations and all Redboxes, not just Walmarts. I’ve used them many many times at Walmarts, Albertsons, and Walgreens.
You can get them anywhere and turn them in anywhere- thus the beauty of redbox- you dont have to take it back where you got it.
I used the code at Savemart and it worked for me.
This is untrue. If you may be referring to Redbox that have been given only at Walmart market locations then you are stating the correct information.

You can reserve a movie online but you have to pay the Buck. That is a premium service that is offered. but you have to pay the Buck, You can not use the free code ( promo ) for premium service. Remember its only $1.
I have tried it and it failed. So, I called the company @ 1-866-redbox3 and they said it wouldn’t work that way. I wanted the movie to be there when I got there so I used my credit card. There’s no way they’re al gonna be Free. Ha!
It’s still the best deal in town. I’ll be glad to see Blockbuster either become reasonable or close their doors!
There is an Independent on River Oaks Blvd. & Robert’s Cutoff Rd. in River Oaks
that has over 40,000 titles. It’s the greatest for older movies as well as the Brand New ones. And if they don’t have it they will get it for you, GUARANTEED.

I HAD TROUBLE WITH RETURNING A MOVIE. REDBOX TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM WITHIN A PHONE CALL I HAVE NOT SEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS IN A VERRY LONG TIME WITH SERVICE LIKE THIS A LOT OF CO. WOULD NOT NEED THE HELP THAT THEAR ASKING FOR TODAY TO STAY ALIVE.

This code did not work for me.
I always use multiple cards all the time so I get 3/4 movies

latest monday code did not work at Farm fresh in Norfolk Va. Redbox still by far the best deal in the country
