Labor Day is over, school has started for most, and summer is coming to an end. While playtime may be over and you have to get back to work, Redbox is just getting started. With some great new releases and the upcoming website update, we are in for a good time.

QUESTION OF THE WEEK

We got some great questions last week. Now it is up to Redbox employees to provide the answers. If you have more questions, keep them coming.

What was last week’s questions, you ask? It was: What do you most want to know about Redbox? (as a company, business, the rental process.. whatever)

i also got charged .50 cents when I rented a movie then when I returned my movie I still was charged $1.00 on my card.
I pretty upset about it.who can I complain to.

  2. linda Says:

when you return a movie you should not get charged again for that same movie …so now I am getting charged $1.50 instead of a $1

  3. Tami S Jenkins Says:

How do you apply for a job with your company?

I rent a lot of Redbox movies and I have a complaint. I am deaf and need subtitles. Problem: I read to see if there are subtitles and it says subtitles AVAILABLE in Spanish. This leads me to believe I can have subtitles in English OR Spanish. I have wasted a few dollars because I cannot hear the movie and I cannot read the subtitles in Spanish. I won’t be renting anymore if I don’t know for sure if I can get English subtitles. I live in the USA and while I think subtitles should be in different languages, subtitles in English should be a given in this country.
