If you ever wanted to know who these people are and what they do, the article is a great read. Here are some highlights:
- David Dunning, the ninja profiled in the article, manages 189 kiosks and seven service representatives in the Chicago area.
- Ninjas usually set their own hours and some choose to work in the middle of the night, when there are few customers around.

I have never ran into one of them but one night the machine I went to was left unlocked. Guess I should have called and reported and maybe I could have gotten a couple free rentals. Just locked it back and used the free code I got off of this site ;) Does sound like a cool gig though.
