		<description>I will never use Redbox again.  I returned my DVDs last Sunday, and I got worried when I never got a return confirmation email or a charge posted to my bank account.

I contacted Redbox, and they said their records indicate one of the DVDs was returned yesterday and one still hasn&#039;t been returned.  I told them that wasn&#039;t the case, and they then had me give them all kinds of information about when and where I rented and returned the DVD&#039;s and any issues I may have noticed on the machine.

They then sent me another email that said, &quot;I have sent this for my supervisor to review.  It will take at least 10 days.&quot;

So basically I have to pay at least $10 more for their mistake.  And that&#039;s assuming they do anything about it.  

What horrible service and what a horrible company.</description>
