That’s exactly why you need to watch who you are directing your statement to!
Again Joni you still are a bit confused, because you continue to refer to a post as a complaint! And also “given” is the past tense of give meaning it’s already happened, so please check your grammar/spelling because while no ones simple post to a discussion thread is a thesis or dissertation I did write the word in the context I was meaning. Also while it may be wierd to you because you may be weird, it was never stated that this is a Redbox ran site, however, I have 2 associates that work for Redbox and they most certainly do come to this website and several others looking for ways to improve from the consumer aspect by veiwing customer forums. So please have correct information and do your homework prior to making generalizations or assumptions! Those Redbox employees are actually the ones that told me of this site, thank you, and they are very much aware and useful of this site.

Wow, SamPleaz . . . sorry you took my comment so personal! But in regards to your “reasons” for complaining, this isn’t a redbox site!! Weird that you are trying to “given” them feedback on a site they don’t even run. Huh. Weird. Also, before you try telling me that I need to “starting” acting like I have sense, try grammar/spell checking your comment.

Don’t jump fly Joni and please don’t get it twisted! I don’t know what’s confusing and no one that is a Redbox Insider is complaining. It’s called given consumer feedback to Redbox Inside for better ways they can improve, all companies want that for quality control. I am contributing my concerns to Redbox to help them be the best movie renting company ever! So let’s starting acting like we actually have some sense before we respond to another post.

    joan schaefer,
This isn’t Redbox! Go to http://www.redbox.com
You have 2 locations actually closer than Fort Myers. Go to redbox’s site and click on Find a Redbox. Enter your zip and change the miles to 20. There are 2 Walmarts within 20 miles of you (North Port & Arcadia).

I’m a bit confused as to why so many people complain about the free codes release time. Isn’t the freeness of it enough?! Yes!! So let’s start acting like we’re actually grateful for the freebies!

    Dear Redbox:

Please…we need the Redbox in SO. Florida. We winter (6 months)at Punta Gorda, FL 33982, and there are no redboxes in that area. Ft. Myers is our nearest big city but as far as I know you are not there either.

Your are missing a big area that would love to see a redbox at every McDonald location.

    Thanks,
    Joan

Great idea Abbie about the birthdays.
I wish we could still use the daily code the next day if we didn’t get to use it on that day. Since the code is not posted at midnight it should not expire at midnight. Being that it’s usually post about 12 noon and ends at midnight is not actually a daily code it’s more like a 10-12 hour code (depending on time zone because it may expire sooner). We need more time to utilize the codes since they post so late in the day!
Please join me and all the Redbox Insiders in stating that the redbox day codes should not expire until the time it was posted the following day. If it’s posted at 10am today then it expires at 10am tomorrow, if its posted at 9pm then it expires at 9pm the next day. If it post at 7am then it expires at, you guessed it 7am tomorrow. I can go on with more examples but I think everyone gets it. Now that’s a daily code.

Redbox Insider Still Rocks! (just needed some minor adjustments & quality control feedback)
