imagesThere are few stocks that Wall Street loves more these days than Netflix. The latest sign is a new report form Cowen Research that projects that Netflix’s international subscriber base will reach 104 million in just five years.

In addition to their 2020 prognostication, Cowen also predicts that Netflix will hit nearly 23 million international subscribers by the end of the current quarter, which wraps on June 30. Netflix ended Q1 of this year with 19.3 million international subscribers and a worldwide total of 62 million.

Do you think Cowen is too aggressive, too conservative, or spot on with its projections, Insiders? Does anyone dare bet against Netflix right now?

Spot on, and the reasons are obvious, streaming TV is exploding now that technology has removen the last issues which were buffering, but now streaming is seamless, and cable companies are scrambling as they see the end is upon them when it comes to TV programming access.

I have NetFlix and at $7.99 a month for streaming all you can watch. Its a great deal. But I wonder how long this can go on? Streaming is the thing now. How long will it be until all the TV & Move Co’s stop selling the rights to Netflix and have there out streaming deal’s? Do you know Warner Bros is pulling over 500 things off NetFlix over the next few years. They have there own online deal going. CBS does also.. HULU will take a hit also…
I bet in the next 3-5 years everyone will have there own online deal. DVD’s will be on the way out. I mean really going out. NetFlix will all but stop the In The Mail Deal.
The Streaming is great. If you can get it with out the stop’s & goes. And all that bit. Millions still can’t yet. I’m going at 300 MBPS. Doing fine. I have a friend that is only going at 25 MBPS. And at times things get very very slow. All most stop. That needs to be taken care of.. you know the FCC said the speed only needs to be going at 25 MBPS. 25.. That is stone age..
The FCC really needs to get with it…..
    Just a few thoughts..

I don’t watch many (movie/film)s and episodes online, but would like to see Netflix do non-subscription payments.
