Redbox spring break survey

I just received an email from Redbox asking me to take a survey about my travel plans for spring break.  It states in the email that you will get a promo code for taking the survey.

I submitted it and there was no code.  Perhaps they will email the code?

Has anyone else taken this survey and got their code?

    I think Red Box is the greatest. I however, there should be a separate return device or box.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I took another survey about a week ago that gave out the code “THANKS”, so perhaps they are just giving out that same code again for this one.
