I would have to say that I am losing my appreciation for Redbox. I am tired of going to their machines and then having them not scan a credit card, or their screen is all out of whack or tries to disperse a movie then have it freeze and tell you it is unable to process your request. Maybe we just have horrible red box venders here that don’t have the slightest clue what they are doing. Then it uses up the promo code and you can’t get a movie. Well I know the answer is to call customer service but since we used a completely different card that we have never used on Red Box on a completely different machine and finally got it to work Red Box doesn’t care at all. After two different calls they stand that their policy is that it is one movie per customer per promo, and then the very next words out of the Red box customers services mouth was although you can use multiple cards. Which they if you can get one card to work on o a single address then you are toast if their lousy machine has errors and won’t work at all. Yeah I am sure I am not the only one that rents more than one movie on a Monday but I do rent my fair share with paying but I don’t plan on renting for a little while maybe it is time to give net flix’s a try. All I can say is who ever services red box’s here in Boise Idaho needs to fix their faulty equipment in the last week I have had three different error out of four of my attempt on completely different days. COMON REDBOX If YOU WANT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS FIX YOUR MACHINES!
