More Play Pass points issues. I rented five movies, returned all of them and waited the necessary 24 hours. No points were added to my account. I called Redbox customer service and the representative said there could be a further delay in receiving the points. I told her this would not be problem. I gave it another twenty four hours. No points added. Another four hours went by. No points added. Called Redbox customer service again and the representative said he would generate a case for the technical department in order to determine why the points aren’t properly being added to my account.
If you stop and really look. And I mean look good. RedBox is doing the Block Buster number.
Ok….
1. They closed all kinds of RedBox’s down. Block Buster Closed Stores.
2. RedBox is trying a new rent deals. Block Buster try’ed new rent deals.
3. RedBox try’ed the online deal. Block Buster try’ed the online deal.
4. RedBox has moves the mail office. Block Buster Moved it’s mail office.
And we all know that happend to Block Buster. I even had Block Buster total pass. You could rent one DVD a day. Bring it back the next day and get a new one. $25.00 a month. Yes I had fun going to the BB and checking out the Movies..
I really don’t know how RedBox will do. I;m just going by what happend to Block Buster. And how RedBox look’s just like it….
