    Why so many Horror movies, all the time. That’s one thing I’ve noticed when I’ve looked over Redbox video offerings. The kiosks are so DARK with perverse offerings. I don’t have to buy them, of course, but it bothers me that people in our neighborhoods might be getting these sadistic DVDs. It’s not just a matter of “if you don’t like them, don’t watch them.” Even if we don’t watch them, they are still out there affecting our society.

      Are you sure it isn’t our society affecting them (the movies) instead of them (the movies) affecting our society. It seems a lot of people want and enjoy this type of escapism and that could be why there are so many available.

    If I didn’t already own The Hobbit I would be renting it *g* Might look for Django Unchained, but I still haven’t seen Hitchcock from last week and that’s my priority.

    I was hoping to rent Django Unchained but it wasn’t at the Redbox I rent from. I guess not all Redbox’s are considered equal. :(
