		<description>I found out from redbox the other day that your credit card is no charged unless a DVD come out.  There is infered lights right where the DVD exit the slot that reads the barcode so if a DVD doesn&#039;t pass that light then you are not charged.  Had one that goty stuck the other day so I called redbox and they told me not to worry.</description>

		<description>My husband recently (today)checked out a dvd from redbox. 
It doesn&#039;t work. WHat do we do?
I told him to contact you but we didn&#039;t know how to get credit for it and do not want others to suffer when we return it.(they will 
check it out and have the same trouble we did.)
Is there anything that can be done?
There should be a return with problems button so that the dvds that don&#039;t work, get some attention.
