I never get my code and I have been signed up for over two years!!
I’ve been getting redbox movies for a while now and i used to get my free codes through email, because i have a prepaid phone card (tracfone) and i can’t sign up for the text because my phone is not on the list , how can i fix this , so i can get my free codes?
I also have a Tracfone, and I get the codes just fine. It is simply a text message, so if you can receive texts and you’ve given Redbox your phone number, you should be good to go.

some phone companys put blocks on certain texts.call your phone company and tell them you want the redbox text

You start a topic about free code Monday and all the whiney crybabies appear from everywhere.
Since I don’t like to be a ‘whiney crybaby’ without giving solutions…. I understand why Redbox no longer wants to give monthly codes through the email. People were starting , for free and with ease, like 20+ different gmails, hot mails, etc. just to be able to get 20+ codes. Since it cost money to start and service say 20+ phone numbers, I don’t see people getting like 20+ phone numbers just to get 20+ free codes. Most people have an active phone number for their home phone, and an active different phone number for their cell phone. Likely then that most people could get 2 codes at the most on monthly monday. Therefore, why can’t you set up an account with Redbox whereas your phone number along with the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card you use becomes your monthly monday code. Redbox activates all account phone numbers as active codes on the first monday of the month. You go to the kiosk and type in your phone number with last 4 digits of credit card connected to that phone number and you get your free monthly rental. If Redbox kiosk program can recognize/accept or reject if a credit card is valid then certainly can also recognize if the phone number is active/good. Thinking,…thinking,…thinking,…
