Just happened again today as a matter of fact. Our bank won't reverse charges. They claim you have to take it up with whoever is taking the money. A week ago I rented from my usual Redbox, and it seemed to be running a bit slow. When I checked my bank account the next day, there were 14 charges for $1.07, and one charge for $1.00, all from redbox the day prior, and I used a promo code. I didn't bother calling Redbox (a bit concerned about them not eager to help, since I hadn't officially paid for a movie for months), instead I disputed the charges with my bank, which they reversed. I wrote it off as a glitch, and the next time I rented, there were not 14 charges, but I was charged the $1.07, and had again used a promo. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
