Two texts to get the offer. Text Redbox the word BIG and they respond with the offer. Come On how about treating us like adults. Just send the offer and then everyone can decide if they want to participate.
I get the text on the day of the promo expiration…wastes my time and my minutes on my phone and I’ve always made alternate plans on “that one day that i get notification” Complete waste of time!

They do texts because when they used to do codes by email people would sign up with multiple emails. If you don’t have a phone with text capability at this point you’re just stuck in the 1900s.
Campaign worked fine for me. i got a code for 50 cents off, and it is NOT a one day code, it’s good until the 26th.
They want you to respond to get the codes because they are probably measuring how many people actually read the texts. That’s how they gauge it.
Too many whiners about free coupons. If you don’t like it then don’t participate. I have never had any problems getting my coupon codes. I rarely use the .10 cent coupons so I usually post them on here for whoever wants them.

It’s cool for free stuff. My android won’t work. I think the word is on the box everyday where I live, far away.I like the nice thing redbox did for us. enjoy it while u can gas is going up.
Learn how to use your phone for other things besides talking on it. I hate that ppl are complaining about having to text a word to get a discount code. You don’t have to do it..just pay full price, like a MO-RON!
Just set up a google talk account, you can text on it from your computer the same as a cell phone
