After several blockbuster weekends to kick off the summer movie season, things quiet down this weekend with just one wide release. A preview and the official trailer for Snow White and the Huntsman are after the break.
Snow White and the Huntsman
In this dark take on the classic children’s tale, Snow White (Kristen Stewart) looks like she may have to share top billing with the evil queen (Charlize Theron) who chews up quite a bit of screen time and scenery in this trailer. Chris Hemsworth, fresh from his box office victory as Thor in The Avengers brings the muscle to this tale. But will audiences come along for this magical ride? Rated PG-13.
Will Snow White and the Huntsman cast its spell on you and lure you into the theater this weekend?

I would definitely see this IF it didn’t have the stupid vampire chick in it – I can’t stand her. I will wait until this shows up on cable (or the library) for free.
The visuals look good even if certain stars can’t act their way out of a wet paper bag.
Today’s NY Post calls Kristen Stewart a “Vamp Tramp” but you know “Ho White” was their second choice.
