I am really interested in renting Hamlet 2. Now what I dont understand is will redbox only stock this for a short period of time or not at all because it is a universal movie. Every time I search for Hamlet 2 at a redbox or on the website It shows no results.

Does anyone else have problems with rentals from these machines . machines not working after you’ve reserved them. double charging for movies and not being able to get through to customer service ?. I like the service ,I wish it was more reliable

Ended up here after trying to reserve Mamma Mia online.
Was going to rent it, then see if my daughter liked it and then buy it
for her for Christmas.
I do this a lot, it is worth a buck to see if my kids like a movie enough
to purchase. Now I will NOT be buying it as it irks me that
Universal has removed my ability to “preview” before purchase.

I was bummed that it was not available and kinda mad at redbox.

But that was before I heard about the dispute with Universal. I am so sorry Redbox that I rented it another overpriced craptastic store. If I knew there was going to be a 1-3 day wait I would have waited. Now that I am informed, I will wait for the box to get it in first.

Yea… Looks like the best bet for universal titles is to check online first. Besides, online I can reserve it and go pick it up later when I’m off work or whatever.

So, I take it there will be a short delay on Mamma Mia being stocked in the Redbox kiosks. No problem here if I know in advance so as not to make an unnecessary trip to town Tuesday morning. I think Redbox is handling the situation as well as possible. GO REDBOX!!

It was available wednesday here in reno, so we rented it then. At least this explains why none of the RB here had it on tuesday.
