i have a question i didnt know how to reach you guys. our redbox was down for a few days do i still get charged even though i couldnt turn them in.

redbox keeps charging me a dollar lately even when I put promo codes on the machine. The screen confirms that I get $0.00 but the email receipt says $1.00
I checked my card too and there is a charge. Does anybody experience the same thing?

Yeah Michael, that would be awesome! So far the video got over 500 Diggs and 20,000 views on Metacafe, so hopefully that gets more people aware and then they’ll submit codes here.
