Netflix’s outspoken CEO, Reed Hastings, is never one to mince words. In an interview today, when asked about rising streaming rival Amazon Prime Video, Hastings referred to the Amazon product as “so scary.”
In the past, Hastings has dismissed Amazon’s video offering as a “confusing mess,” and then “complimentary.” Hastings comments about the increasingly dangerous specter of Amazon Prime Video came during an interview on CNBC’s “Squawk Alley.
