I went into this movie thinking it was another unneeded remake of a movie that is still plenty watchable. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. Not great, but good and well worth the time.

Agree. Good suspense/action movie. Very watchable. Denzel and Travolta good in their parts.
Watchable, fast-paced crime drama. Three stars--could have been four, but the ending was a weak conclusion to the narrative.
Believable performance by Denzel Washington and John Turturro. Many extras on the DVD, including two commentary tracks.
