Cinematic cancer. Muddled, crass, over-produced, scatter-brained schlock. Avoid at all costs.

Good movie, but a bit over-done. It's worth the rental. I hope the next installment isn't so over-bearing.

The movie was just tooooo long. I was enjoying it(for it is what it is) and then it just got boring. Too bad, because if shortened it would a been a much better movie

Very entertaining. Great visual effects. Excellent cast. Too much going on at parts. I don't like the fact that the dialogue adds too much juvenile humor than the first, such as the hip-hop talking robots. It's like they were trying to appeal more to young children. Bay did the same thing as Lucas did in his Star Wars movies, he made the first two movies adult orientated, then the rest were more addressed for children.
I still think the first one was far superior, better written, better plot, better story, better laid out than this sequel.

cybertron was the planet they came from and were oddly shaped till they crashed here on earth and some huvering mechanical thing x-rayed cars and trucks and altered their look. megatron was a gun not a plane, but I guess for practicallity he had to be made into a low bass voice of a fighter jet .
I dont know why there was only one female in the whole entire bunch but it would be great to see more in the third.
and the dinobots were the only ones that were created not born in cybertron... lol

I think Transformers are "loosely" based on a true story.

not what the orginal transformers was about, hollywood people are so pretentious, but there was a lot of action and optimus was a bada** like he was suppose to in the begining so I would like to see what they come up with on the third one...
very entertaining

The *worst* part of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen...

It grossed over $400-million, so there probably will be a Transformers 3!
