This time around, we’re spotlighting the upcoming Pixar film Monsters University.

More than a decade after the original Pixar hit, Mike and Sully return in the studio’s first prequel. Pixar’s track record with follow-up films is mixed, with the second and third Toy Story movies equalling or surpassing the original, while Cars 2 was a bit of a letdown. The Monsters universe Pixar has created is a pretty fun one, however, and I wouldn’t put it past the magicians at Pixar to pull another great film out of the hat.
