I find your promo codes worthless as each time I have tried to use them, it kicks back invalid. Having to travel 3 miles each way to try and use, and having code rejected,I am reluctant to continue using Redbaox. Spending $4.00 for gas to get a $1.00 movie is not logical.

The Monday codes work for me each time I used them. The Wednesday codes also and some of the other codes that have been listed.

I use the Circle K Red Box and Go Gas Station Red Box.

    George,

If the current code does not work, use: BREAKROOM, it usually works, been using it since March. Still works.

maybe you are using a code that is in the wrong state? did you pick the right state or county? i had trouble in the beginning trying to use redbox codes and i understand your frustration but when i get the email stating monday and wednesday codes for my area, i have not had any trouble so far. good luck!

Hey George you are an idiot! you must not be putting the code in correctly because they always work for me. never had any trouble. What kind of gas mpg do you get? by my estimate it should cost you about $2.5 to get a free movie

Joe Johnson there is no need to be rude. No reason at all to call someone an idiot! I’m sure you would not like to called an idiot.

Right, Swallace! Kindness online comes before funniness.
Joe Johnson, you might like to be a funny guy but at least put in an LOL or a ;) to show you are all in good fun.

I will try BREAKROOM again it used to work.

Watch out for the Redbox dogs they don’t bark or bite they just lay there sleeping ;)

    Hi Red Box

Is there a way to get a list of all the movies that I have rented from red box?

One more question. Has anyone ever rented a movie from RB and when you got it home, it wasn’t the movie you wanted?
I don’t know if I messed up or the machine messed up.

    George,
I’ve only used the codes a few times but have never had a problem. Are you sure you’re using the code before it expires(ex. Monday @ midnight, Wednesday @ midnight) or at the right location(some specify what type of location ex. McDonald’s). I’m sorry if my suggestions are ones you’ve tried already-I just don’t want to see you miss out on free movies because of something that can easily be fixed.
I’ve used the Monday and Wednesday promos and BREAKROOM and they have worked in my situation. Hope this helps!

Whew, there are some idiots here, LOL (that makes it alright to say, right? George’s car gets less than 6 miles a gallon?! Get rid of that gas guzzler. You can buy a new car with the amount you spend on gas. You should ride your bike or the bus or sign up for netflix or the like. Leave the movies in the machines for those that know how to use them. Don’t forget to use the free trials on any mail order rentals. Any more financial advice for you?

    Dear Jim Wise,
This is not redbox. Redbox people will not be answering why you got the wrong movie. I would expect there is an error in the programing since it has the barcode (or whatever it is called) on the sticker. The machine is recognizing the correct movie.

If you are so inclined you should call the number that is posted LARGELY on the front of redbox or go to redbox.com and get the customer service number. I am sure they will give you a free rental code if you can not use another free rental code that is available. Just don’t ride into town with George!

Greetings all! Just a note to George Gilmore – I’ve been using the codes and haven’t had a problem as yet. Maybe try to write them down? I do as at this age who can remember them?

Hey, I’m not sure if someone mentioned this before but I don’t want to read them. Anyway if you call the Redbox number and tell them about the codes not working and how many haven’t worked they’ll give you new ones. I tried a few codes around 10pm my time here and they would never work, possibly due to timezone problems but Redbox said that shouldn’t happen. Theres been a few that haven’t worked in the middle of the day but they have worked for the most part. Maybe try a different location as well.
