		<description>You just gave two examples of what happens when a kiosk loses it&#039;s communication connection. The kiosk has to communicate with Redbox to verify the code is valid and also to process your credit card information. Hopefully it&#039;s already fixed.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve used the codes before and it didn&#039;t work for me the way it normally does. I wonder if they&#039;re having some sort of computer glitch. I also selected a movie and swiped my card since I decided to rent anyway and it took a long time. I then got a message that it didn&#039;t dispense the movie and did not charge my card.

I tried to start from scratch. Put in the Promo code and it rejected it again. This time it did dispense my movie after I swiped my card. Not sure what&#039;s up with Redbox.</description>
