Our family used to go to Disney every year during Christmas break. It was a wonderful tradition. We visited all of the parks and enjoyed the warmer weather.
We liked it so much we bought a time share week at Orange Lake Country Club right next to Disney. Now the kids are grown and in college. Next time you think of going there please think about us. Perhaps you would like to use our timeshare. We’re kinda stuck with it and don’t go anymore. We rent it out when we can.

Well, this is the first time I have tried to use one of the codes. My code didn’t work either at 8:00 PM CST.

Hi I just posted a question on why my Monday code didn’t work. In reading the postings, I am confused. I entered the Monday code before I did any thing else. It had something like “enter the promo code” at the bottom of the screen, so I entered the Monday code there. But in reading some of your posts, it seems to be saying you select the dvd first and put it in your cart and THEN do the promo code.
What is correct and how do I do it?
You can do either; I prefer to do it at the very start because if it works it will go to the DVD screen. Otherwise it will tell you the code is bad, etc.
If it is a legit code and it should work, but doesn’t, call Redbox and they should give you a code that will work.
Hey, thank you for the answer that you can do it either way. If I call Redbox about one of the Monday codes not working, are they legit and are they OK to ask about?

Any one-day only code or any of the codes on the site that are working are legit. Just call them and tell them it didn’t work at whatever Redbox you went to, and they should give you a replacement.
I’ve used the codes before and it didn’t work for me the way it normally does. I wonder if they’re having some sort of computer glitch. I also selected a movie and swiped my card since I decided to rent anyway and it took a long time. I then got a message that it didn’t dispense the movie and did not charge my card.
I tried to start from scratch. Put in the Promo code and it rejected it again. This time it did dispense my movie after I swiped my card. Not sure what’s up with Redbox.
You just gave two examples of what happens when a kiosk loses it’s communication connection. The kiosk has to communicate with Redbox to verify the code is valid and also to process your credit card information. Hopefully it’s already fixed.
