Is the midnight deadline for Monday codes tied to “midnight” in a particular time-zone? I’m in the Pacific time-zone and have Monday codes fail when used late Monday evenings.

I tried two codes at the redbox yesterday. I report the first code and this website accepted the post. But the second code that I tried, this website doesn’t record the code that it has failed.
