    good morning redbox, one more time thank u for the free movie codes, but there is something i do not understand, i know thousand of thousand of people take the time to get the codes for a free movie and then go as soon as possible to get the movie, but do not take the time to say thank you,thank you and thank you, it is not necesary to write a letter like me, u only need to write two words “thankyou redbox” thats it. Hope no body get angry with my comment, and if i did it is not my intention. have a good easter week to everyone and god bless u all.

    Thanks for the code. I have surprising PAID for movies the past two weeks.
    Still looking for a few movies I cannot find at any redbox.
    They include:

    “How to Lose Friends and Alienate People”
    “Marley and Me”
    “Role Models”
    “Zak and Miri”

    What gives???

      Try other nearby zip codes? Some of those are in the box, search by movie name, keyword or sort by release date at redbox.com

      “Zack and Miri…” is released by the Weinstein Company and they have an exclusive arrangement with Blockbuster. You will not, ever, find it any Redbox (barring any future arrangements). The other titles are out there and are stocked in Redboxes. Please go to the ‘real’ Redbox site, http://www.redbox.com to find title availability in your area. Remember, you can return at any Redbox location, so once the discs are ‘rented’ out, there is no guarantee of where they will be returned, I understand that the Redbox workers in the field, will attempt to ‘re-distribute’ titles in an area.

    Apriil 6 Code did not work – My friend tried using this code and did not work.At Schaumburg Jewel Osco ? Any insights ? This is the second time the code has not worked for us.

      I have had this happen before, when I went back later it worked fine. As was explained to me, just as the promo code is sent to your phone, it is also sent to the machines. Various factors may contribute to a communications delay until the machine receives the code. My Mon. promo code has come as early as 9am cst, and as late as 1:30p. Redbox customer service will not replace the code. Please remember that this is a courtesy code and the company has no obligation to the customer when it comes to the code working at the time of your rental. It would be different if you paid to have the code sent to you.
