Which I did, took me to a page with a space for user name and a space for password which I typed in and was sent to my welcome page with hello [user name] which is my user name. tried to subscribe to the insider newslaetter. said I was already a subscriber but that i had not followed the instruction in the email sent to me to verify my account. If I was welcomed and had to logout then I should have been verified... Help me solve this problem. I keep getting an error message with go to my emall and follow instructions if i did that and it didn't work contact help@aweber.com but windows said that that is not a good address please check my spelling. I also tried to email the contact address in the disclaimer page[ which says to do] and that comes back as an invalid email address. someone try to help me as I am not that knowlegable about and with computers. I've rented a lot of movies from them, their customer service is great and it's one of the better companies I have dealt with. Call them again. You have a receipt. It has a transaction number. I could have just kept the movie but I put it back it. Always wait for the comfirmation screen before you walk away.
