I finally went shopping before noon on Black Friday this year and snagged a wireless Sony blu-ray player for $99. It was 40-50% off… not bad :)
I lucked out on an auction for a “snoopy” x-mas figurine on eBay last year. It was around $25 in stores but the auction closed at $5. My mother loved it.
I picked up a Nintendo Wii bundle a couple years ago at Best Buy for $249 that included games and warranty.

I purchased a Verizon Wireless phone@ the Verizon Store for almost 2oo.00.. On Black Friday I went to Bust Buy and bought the exact same phone for .97!! Yes 97 cents.. Took the V.W phone back and got my refund!! Good times Good Times!!
I purchased a LG Blu-Ray player this year on Thanksgiving day for $99. Beat the Black Friday rush. Yeah !
Greatest Best Buy purchase would be our TV. On sale, price-match AND 3 year financing!
I purchased a Sony 32″ HD LED tv from an outlet store for $199 and I am loving the quality.

A large screen 3-D TV and it came with extra 4 pair of 3D glasses, a blue ray player and a free movie. Thank you Best Buy – I love it and so do all my friends.
I got my fiance a Kodak playsport at Best Buy for our anniversary for $200.00 and that includes the 2 year warranty and everything! :)
I have to mention my free cell phone thanks to price matching! WalMart had it as a free phone with new/renewed contract but I got it at Best Buy with price matching. Our Best Buy has better customer service for phones than WalMart.
The best deal I ever got was getting a 50″ plasma TV for under a $900.
I got a great deal on a Home Theatre System. It was a very nice Pioneer system to hook up to my new TV. Dolby 5.1 surround with upconverting DVDplayer. Produced a very nice sound. Originally close to 500$, I got it on special for less than 300$ and have loved it ever since.
Best deal was a half-price large Bose. Love, love, love it.
Well the best deal I had was several blu-ray movies for $5 and some dvds for free because of shipping error.
I went to best buy one year and they had there movies buy one get one free and the movies were very good priced… comes in handy to have something like that when you have children

The best deal I ever got was at a USA Drug. I had recieved a $20 gift certificate, and bought one of their $35 dvd players for $15. It was a gift to my two girls and they were happy.
Well, how about FREE! I enjoy dumpster diving (I know, weird right?), but you won’t believe the great stuff stores throw away. I found a really nice BIG wall clock with ornate metal work, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and it’s still new! I gave it to my mom and she loves it! Three years ago I walked into a Best Buy to look at some flat screen TVs. I figured I could afford a new 32″ and so was going to compare what I saw there with the research I had done online. I was all set to grab the new Samsung LCD, when I saw that they had their floor models on sale. So what I actually walked away purchasing was a 50″ Sony LCD (floor model) which was 50% off. I also wasn’t charged tax since it was an “open box” item, and got the 4 year warranty for the cheaper price. This was by far the best deal I’ve come across in the last 10 years.
Never knew tax isn’t to be charged on ‘open box’ items. Is it that way in all states? I know here in Pa I’ve bought ‘open box’ appliances, etc. and have been charged tax. Because I use it so often, I’d say my best deal would have to be the dvd player I got around 4 years ago for $50 during a black friday sale, but with a mail-in rebate, etc came to around $30. Because I used it so often, it is now on its last leg and hoping my next best deal will be on a blu ray player–that also plays dvd movies and beyond!
My best buy was a camera that the store had marked down. Last year it was over $200. This year is was $155!! Plus extra things to go with it that were not offered last year! Woo hoo!
The the best present I have snagged on is this year I went to my work’s auction and snagged a $100 gift card to Belterra Casino and Resort for my mother-n-law!!!!!
