The least scariest as you asked for was Darkness from 2002. Even Anna Paquin couldn’t save it. For most scariest I was really scared as a kid of Children of the Corn. I thought Malachai was gonna get me!

So, I may be taking this all wrong, but the least scary movie I ever watched was Mary Poppins with Julie Andrews. I guess most movie goers would consider it one of the most charming movies ever made!

Pretty much any comedy or cartoon would all tie for least scary. There’s nothing scary in them so they all tie at 0% scary.
