Are you saying least scariest or scariest? If it’s scariest, I would say the first “Omen” movie.
ALIEN. scariest.
Jaws – scared the be-jesus out of me – if you are asking for the scariest movie!!! I was scared to even swim in a cedar (black) lake after Jaws; even though I (rationally) knew that there are no man-eating sharks in lakes; lol! The least scary “scary movies” were the cult films: Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, and The Toxic Avenger.

I’m not sure I understand which answer you want, scary or least scary, so I’ll answer both. Scary is easy as I just saw it last night, The Voices. Least scary is much harder. I think I’ll have to go with The Muppet Movie for that one.

The Fog–couldn’t see a scary movie after that. When we came out of the movie theatre there was actual fog.
The Wizard of Oz.
