Yes, I could not finish High Tension
When I was a child my dad would constantly watch the movie From Dusk till Dawn, I would lay on the couch and try to go to sleep, even though my back was turned from TV. I was able to hear everything that was going on and for some reason that made me scared out of my mind that I would have to get up and leave the room.
Nope. Too stupid, maybe. But not too scary.
i agree!
No.
Never because too scary, but a few times because movie was terrible and boring
I almost turned off Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but didn’t!!
Nope.
Picture Mommy Dead….and the chilling song (the worms crawl in). Quite frightening for a young kid.
No, I have never walked out of a movie because it was too scary. I have screamed however, while my guy laughed. He had seen the movie earlier while being out of state and figured I would scream, haha. I did not disappoint him!
Not so much scary but disturbing , when “Silence of the Lambs” came out.
I have has been that scared for a move after I almost drowned
Never too scary
I haven’t ever had to turn off anything, but I have sometimes had to turn away – anything eye related can be awfully scary and gruesome for me to watch. For example in Saw 2 where the guy wakes up with a venus fly death mask on and learns the key to unlock it has been surgically implanted behind his eye. He will have to gouge out his own eye in order to have a chance to live. Oh man that was awful!
My husband left the theater when we were watching Resident Evil (the 1st one), years ago because it was too much for him! Funny though now he loves the Resident Evil series.
No..I don’t watch too many scary movies.
None that I remember.
I’ve never walked out on a scary movie. I figured if I paid theater prices, I am staying until the end.

No. I like scary movies.
after i watched “creature from the black lagoon” when i was 9 years old, i had to ride my bike home on a pitch black night about a mile and ride through a creek
Nope. I always watch it to the bloody end!
The first Hellraiser movie. I sat out in the theater hallway until my friend finished watching it. I tried to go back in once but had to leave again. Way too scary for me.
No, I know it’s only a movie
Any horror movie with a critter in it guarantees I have to walk away when the critter gets hurt. I can watch people being maimed & killed right, left & sideways but seeing or hearing a critter get hurt gives me nightfreakinmares.
Nope

THE EXORCIST was the scariest movie I ever saw! I got up and walked out on it when I was a kid. and I still can’t sit through it till this day.
Can’t say that I have. Close a couple of times.
