I like the glass dragon ship described in the books – Alcatraz and the Library of Alexandria.
I would draw a Dragon with a head long neck and sharp teeth.
An iridescent colored dragon, with a multitude of powers that can change, just like it’s colors. This would even give it the ability to blend into any scenery, just like a chameleon.

Just like Elliot in Pete’s Dragon.

deep cobalt blue colored, with HUGE eyes made out of diamonds. Ability to travel back into time also.
Sleek and muscular. A midnight blue color that darkens when he enters the shadows. Horns on his head that bend back towards his body making him look more aerodynamic. Strong Broad wings that each end in an sharp spike. And an incredibly long tail that spits at its end like the tongue of a snake.
It will be some thing like toothless but a litter bigger, can turn invisible, fast speed and speed jump.

Laser eyes. Breaths fire and ice. Invisibilty. Supersonic speeds.
Invisibility would be nice. then looks would not matter.
