I first downloaded your lite app to check it out on my iPhone. I then decided to buy your Pro version for 1.99 so that I could rent the DVDs directly from your app. It worked great. Then today, I go to use your app and it keeps crashing. So, I uninstall and reinstall as per your instructions. I go to select a movie from my local redbox and it says I am not registered. So, I come to your site and register. Now, it says I can't use that feature uness I am a gold member which is free. That is a load of BS. I have to do OFFERS to use your app that I paid for? I PAID for your app to have the ability to rent movies. Now, you want me to make you more money..of which I have to spend more money to do? Stop being Freaking GREEDY!!! Give me back what I paid for or give me back my 2 bucks!
What a RIP OFF!!!!!!

Dude, you don't have to accept the offers. Just follow the directions. Damn.

I am not 100% sure what message your are referring to regarding having to register.
In the latest release of the app we have added the "Movie Queue" feature, which has been a feature of Inside Redbox for quite some time. In order to use the Movie Queue, you must be an Inside Redbox Gold Member. This requirement of course extends to using the Movie Queue on the iPhone.
I do not believe their is any instance in the app that asks you to register, except perhaps when you are attempting to rent a movie directly from the app. In this case, yes, you must register with Redbox to reserve your movie. This has nothing to do with the app or Inside Redbox, but Redbox requires you to register to make an online purchase.
If this is not what you are referring to, or are having some other problem, I am more than happy to address it.
