I haven"t visited your site for a long time but I do have to say it looks great!
From what I have seen it seems to be more organized and easier to use as far as comments, when I have more time I'll look around and see what else you have done.
The last time I was here you had recently had new children come into your life, how are they ? Hope all is well!

I am not certain how the reputation works 100%, but it simply allows people to give you "points" on your posts if they want to. It then helps people to see whose posts may be the most valuable, and whose may not.
Nothing much happening with it right now, but I think as the forum becomes more popular, it will be used more.
