I live in Wilmington NC and for about 2-3 weeks now I have had trouble renting on line it keeps telling me "no on line rental at this time" Has anyone else had this problem? I have also tried to to use the refresh icon as directed when it say's "help" and still no good. I have called redbox several times and keep getting told the problem should be corrected shortly. Thanks ahead of time if any one can help.
