I can not get the mobile app to authenticate with my username and password. I have check and rechecked for accuarcy. Please provide assisance.

Do you have another username you are using other than "Rod Rountree"? I do not see any authentication requests with this username.
What error message are you getting?

Rod,
I just remembered something I had forgotten about. There is a known bug that I uncovered last month that doesn't allow a user to login if there are spaces in the username. A fix is on its way.
Until then, can you try something for me? See if replacing the space in your username with a "+" sign solves the problem. If not, I can change your username to not include the space, if you like.
