I went last night to rent a DVD at Walgreen's on 13th street in Gainesville,Fl The Credit card reader failed to read my card. I thought that it may be my card so I waited and let someone else try to rent a DVD. Her Credit card did not work either so I left where should I report the Both out of order?

I know whenever various Redbox kiosks would not read my one older, worn-out credit card, I did what a clerk showwed me to try/do and it works! Instead of swiping the card top to bottom, swipe the card from bottom up. Don't know why, BUT it then works/reads my credit card every time! A little tricky swiping from bottom up though because you're pressing into/against that bottom safety bar as you swipe up.
