A couple of weeks ago I returned a DVD on Saturday and on Thursday it was posted as being returned, along with a $5 fee for the rental.
I politely called them up and I got the amount credited back, but I have noticed I have not gotten another rental return receipt for one I returned last night so I wonder if I am going to have the same issue again.
Anybody else have this problem?

Only happened to me around two times where I did not get a Redbox email return confirmation immediately; got the confirmation around 2 or 3 days after actually returning the dvd. However, when I did get the Redbox email return confirmation later it was for the correct charge of 1 night. Was never sure if it was a problem with Redbox or with my email as I tend to have a lot of issues with my email/internet server!

im no longer getting the emails when i pick them up or even return them.. I call them after i return them to have them send a 2nd return emailed
Here in Tampa sometimes i get the email confirmations
in a few seconds, and sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to get it.
I haven't gotten one email receipt. I emailed them and they confirmed which ones I returned. But it's been a couple days, and still haven't gotten any receipts! And my card has been charged way less than the amount of movies I've rented.

Keep up getting the emails. Only stupid people deal with an box like its a real person.
Verify your emails as soon as you can. Make sure you don't get overcharged. People are not reviewing your account every minute, only stupid boxes programmed by stupid people.
