I have gotten some pop ups during load; 1) a long one which I haven't read because the app exits before I get a change to finish reading it, 2) Asking permission to use location services, 3) when I disabled location services told me that location services was disabled.</p> <p>I have tried restarting, installing on the iPhone, deleting, restarting, reinstalling, restarting, redownloading on the iPhone, disabling location services. The circumstances that were causing this problem have went away, so this fixes it for most people. </p> <p>If this does not fix it, I apologize. If you turn that off (or just say "no") when asked if the app can use your location, this should solve the problem. You should then be able to turn it back on and have it work.</p> <p>Not sure what the cause of this is, but it started out being a problem for a large amount of users a few days ago, and is now affecting less and less users each day. It is likely related to a glitch in the Redbox system, but I haven't pinpointed it just yet. Is this when the problems started?<br /> 3. Have you restarted the phone since installing/updating the app?</p> <p>There have been some bugs that occur after the app is updated. We are trying to track all of them down now.
