I come to this website, attempt to login and it says my userid is wrong. I then attempt to get a new password by typing in my email address (the very same one that Inside Redbox used to send me my emails-last one just an hour ago). IR tells me my email address is not valid or exists in the system. In frustration.... I finally REregister......WITH all the same exact info.........low and behold I am now back in as a user again.......and of course one CAN'T post or contact IR about problems such as this without being a member (catch 22). When I try to save my login settings it says "Invalid Login Credentials" " Your Inside Redbox username and password could not be authenticated."
