So I called redbox and explained to them that I returned this movie and have a receipt for it and that I returned it. However I never received an e-mail telling me that I returned it. I tried explaining to them that I returned it, but they were having none of that. Tell me why in the world would I want to keep a movie called G-Force or Julie and Julia!?! I told them to look at my record and see that I return all of the movies I rent usually within a day. Once again they were still having none of that. They could not do anything but refund me for one of the movies and charge me half for the other movie. I am really fed up with redbox right now! Has anybody else have this same problem?
